| | A Message from Fr. Bryan | Our advertisement for a new Rector is up and available on the ADGL and ACNA websites, and applications from candidates are already coming in. Please pray for everyone considering a call to serve at St. John's, and pray for the search committee and Vestry as they seek the wisdom of God in this process. I am incredibly grateful for the way that you have all stepped up and maintained your commitment to this church in the last year. We are a healthy, committed body of believers, and this is an excellent time to conduct a search since the new Rector will assume leadership of a healthy body of believers eager to grow and serve.

Changing the subject, don't forget that we have a Spring work day this coming Saturday, May 1st. Look for another email from Maggie with more details on our schedule and agenda. It will be a good time of fellowship and common work, and there will be food! Also, I received a notification from Trinity School for Ministry about a summer workshop that may interest some of you. It is a two-day intensive on June 7th and 8th focused on the history and theology of the ACNA's 2019 Book of Common Prayer. Participants may attend in-person or online via Zoom. I am considering attendance myself, so if you have any interest, you may want to check it out. Registration is $100 for in-person attendance and $50 for Zoom. You can find more information and register here if you are interested.

I hope you have a wonderful week and look forward to seeing you soon!
